INTERSOS Lab Srl is a social enterprise accredited by the Lazio Region as a Training Body (DD of 5 October 2022 n. G13445) and as an Employment Services Body (DD of 11 September 2023 n.G11876).

The proposal

We are looking for a* Content Producer & Social Media Manager   who will be responsible for defining the communication strategy and creating multimedia content for INTERSOS Lab with a particular focus on the Training Center area. Content creation will focus both on the recovery, selection and valorization of news and narrative and informative content already produced by INTERSOS - Humanitarian Organization, and on the creation from scratch of articles for INTERSOS Lab and video and narrative content for social media (Meta, LinkedIn). The figure may also be engaged in supporting the technical part related to social events.

Main activities

• Definition of the communication strategy in collaboration with ADV Meta Specialist and the Training Manager
• Production of the editorial calendar for social media, DEM, Newsletter, blog for the site
• Social and website content production: creation of reels, videos/interviews/testimonials, photos/graphics for social media (Meta/LinkedIn)
• Production of DEM/Newsletter/webinar mail contents
• Monthly data trend analysis (Instagram, new subscribers, unsubscribers)
• Management and implementation of social media, posts, comments
• Valorization of information/narrative materials of INTERSOS - Humanitarian Organization (in agreement with the HQ Communication Department and Training Representative) useful for the communication and valorization of the activity of INTERSOS Lab

Basic requirements

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in similar roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Marketing, Communication Sciences, Media and Digital Management, Digital Marketing or Master in New Media and Marketing Communication or similar
• Knowledge of the main IT and data analysis tools
• In-depth knowledge of social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn

Preferred requirements

• Social Media Management Training Courses
• Good knowledge of English, both oral and written

Operating mode

The activities will take place mainly in person in the city of Rome.
