Intersos Lab
Intersos Lab is a social enterprise, whose main purpose is to provide Training courses and Career guidance services, in order to satisfy needs from both Italian and migrants young, adults, workers, students, employed and unemployed people. Its activity is planned and realized in close synergy with the humanitarian organization Intersos, established in Italy in 2011 to provide effective answers and solutions to the growing flow of migrants, on the basis of experience gained in the management of international humanitarian emergencies since 1992.The Intersos Lab initiatives are based on the principles of equality, justice, human dignity, peace, solidarity, respect for diversity and special care for the most vulnerable people.

To intervene
On the front-line of emergencies, bringing immediate assistance and help to victims of armed conflicts, violence, natural disasters and extreme exclusion with particular attention to the protection of the most vulnerable people.
To support
Low threshold services and training activities dedicated to the most vulnerable people, supported in collaboration with the local institutions and community involvement.
To include
In the world of work, through a free career guidance service open to everyone, with particular regard to the needs of the most vulnerable people and migrants.
To train
Through vocational and professional training courses that satisfy not only the needs of its users but also the job market in a timely and pragmatic way.
Career guidance
The Intersos Lab career guidance office’s objective is to support and guide people along the right path leading to developing their skills and integrate into society through work, also through the use of dedicated active policy tools such as the "Reddito di cittadinanza", the "Nuova assicurazione sociale per l’impiego" (NASpI) or "Garanzia giovani". The service is free and open to anyone who needs support to enter the world of work, and to companies looking for staff. Discover all the services offered and book an appointment.
